<> 9 - 12 Course: Fundamental concepts in psycholinguistics  (Eva Fernández/1st Class)

This mini-course will present fundamental concepts in psycholinguistics, offering an overview of key topics in the study of how people acquire and process language. Special attention will be paid to acquisition of second languages, and to language processing by speakers of more than one language. The course will provide participants with the opportunity to present and receive feedback on applications of the course's material to their own research.The course will draw from the text Fundamentals of Psycholinguistics (Fernández & Cairns, 2010, Wiley-Blackwell).
